Rates
Average $90 for individuals to $115 for several family members: per one hour session. (most therapists see clients for 50 minutes/I take the time needed to reach resolution and make a plan before you leave)

- Out of Network for BCBS/I will file for your reimbursement to be mailed to you

- For medical reimbursement plans/I provide you with an appropriate receipt to send to your insurer/you will receive your reimbursement from them upon sending this in to the claims department of your provider
I will make this affordable for you and your family/rates adjusted as needed
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is the coverage for an out of network provider
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
